4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only — Eclyps is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original packaging. Please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy for details. Eclyps reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
